HOW LONG TO BE FIX?

If you visit our walk in centre most repairs are undertaken while you wait subject to parts availability. if your phone have motherboard issue it will take about 24 to 48 Hrs, if you are posting your device most of repairs are within 24 Hrs subject to parts availability. if your phone have motherboard issue it will take about 2 to 3 working day for repair. for some reason if we need to get in touch with you if your response is late there will be delay in process.

NEED TO SEND SIM CARD/MEMORY CARD?

No KGN Accessories will not be held responsible for sim cards or memory cards received.

WILL I LOSE DATA FROM PHONE?

We endeavour to keep all information intact once we are doing basics repair like LCD screen, charging port, battery, camera etc , if you are sending your device for motherboard repair please make sure to back up all your data before sending, we will not take any responsibility for saving your data while we offer motherboard repair service , If your data is particularly important please select right repair service when you send in your mobile phone for motherboard repair. if you are sending device for data recovery will try to save your data,

HOW ABOUT MY PRIVATE DETAILS?

We respect customers privacy and as such your details will never be passed on to any third party.

WHAT IF MY DEVICE NOT REPAIRED?

If your phone is determined to be irreparable you don't wish to continue with repair, you can either pay the return shipping fee plus inspection fee and have the phone returned or you can request that the phone be discarded or recycled free of charge.

WHEN DO I NEED TO PAY ?

On the completion of form you will be prompted to make a full payment as we have mention earlier their is no fix no fee so in that scenario your money will be refunded in full,

WOULD I WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA?

NO if the repair matches the service as you selected. Once the phone is delivered and we start a repair and the repair is something else we need to carry out that does not match the service you selected you will be charged accordingly.

CAN I GET RETURN MY GOODS?

Goods can be returned unopened in their original packaged condition if you inform us before delivered.

HOW YOUR REPAIRED DEVICE DELIVERED?

All items are dispatched using Royal Mail delivery services and will require a signature upon delivery. If you are not in at the time of delivery Royal Mail will leave a card instructing how to collect your package.
